Played golf at Bethesda Country Club. Since there was a tournament of some kind, we played the back nine first. Y. L. Chang 【張悦聯], R. C. Chen 【陳長桐], and Francis Poore were the mates. Francis made 91, the best score, I got 103. After the first 3 holes, all my drives were good. On some holes, I out drove the others. But my other shots were sporadic, particularly putting.
