Morning and afternoon, S.C. on Cuba. The Castro Foreign Minister, Raul Roa, 【1】 in a letter to Pres. of the S.C., declared that the U.S.A. was about, “in a few hours,” to perpetrate direct military aggression against Cuba, and that the evidence was a document circulated by the State Department among foreign ministries of Latin American States. Well, from the time the letter was filed, Dec. 31, to Jan. 4, already almost 100 hours have elapsed and nothing has happened, the “document” was not presented by Roa.
Why has Cuba repeatedly given out the alarm? Provocative propaganda.
Zorin more than backed up Roa.
Castro has chosen to carry out a revolution in Cuba and at the same time join the power bloc of the U.S.S.R. He did not have to do the two things together.
