Saw Venezuelan Ambassador in his office, about question of Chinese representation in the 15th session of G.A. He said that when he was back in Caracas one month ago, I recommended to his government to support U.S.A.’s proposal. While his government had made no decision, he felt reasonably certain that his recommendation would be accepted. When I was about to take leave, he added that his recommendations were usually accepted by his government.
