Delegation meeting. Discussed the voting situation in the September Assembly and canvasses for additional votes on the representation question. Greece, Israel, Tunisia, Ireland are possible additions. Lebanon might be expected to hold firm. Iceland, we hope, will not change for the worse. These are the maximum possibilities.
We also discussed the relationship between Moscow and Peiping and found no possibility of a split.
Took Kiang Chiping 【江季平] to lunch, as he would leave tomorrow for the Pacific Islands.
