Off at 8:25 a.m. for Victor Hoo’s 【胡世澤] home in Flushing, where I arrived at 9:20 a.m. We proceeded along Northern Blvd., turned on Glen Cove Road, again at School St. We were at Creek Club at 10:05, where K. C. Li 【李國欽] and T. Y. Lee 【李德燏] were awaiting. Teed off at 10:15. Wonderful day, did not have to hurry. I had some brilliant and some stupid shots. K. C. and I won, with a handicap of 18 points. Finished at 2 p.m. Played bridge afterwards.
Left at 6:10, entered Ding Ho Restaurant at 7:30. Dinner in honor of atomic delegates who attended the Geneva Conference. Asked them to give their impressions. Then discussion on how to develop atomic studies in Taipei. Over at 10:50.
