晨五点廿分起。七点余邓叔群自沈阳来，谈及沈阳农学院合作问题，知张克戚有意欲成立应用植物所之意。余告叔群院中可以合作，但希望叔群不担任教务长事，并嘱叔群与郭沫若一谈。偕叔群至北辰宫，遇罗开富。八点半至院。罗开富、周立三及童第周、王家棉同到院。将东北观察报告交与严慕光，渠亦未能细阅即交与张济舟。

中午四。二点半又至院。四点至怀仁堂听报告。今日仍为毛主席主席。陈云报告经济，已印就全文，甚为出色。次薄一波报告税务，全文未印，且山西音甚重，亦不能全懂。七点半散。
