晨六点钟起床。上午八点阅俄文一小时。九点至院。嘱王绍成抄改正《中国科学之路线》文。十点开院务汇报，张尔玉、吴征锺二人自青岛回，今日亦到会。

通过所务会议规程。张尔玉、吴征铠二人报告在青岛觅屋之经过。知宿舍已有着落，可以租赁，而海洋生物所之办公地点则成问题。动物学会所捐赠之馆已被市政府征用为陈列馆，市府所拨莱阳路57号系跳舞厅，不相宜，其余适用之屋莱阳路57号与税务屋均不可靠。前者须购买，要布二百匹，即小米五六万斤（一匹布二十三万至卅万元，小米每斤一千三百元，北（京）市价）。
