Light cruiser TRINIDAD departed Scapa Flow for patrol in the Iceland Faroes Passage.

Destroyer PALADIN departed Scapa Flow at 2000 for Greenock for repairs to her director, and arrived at 1430/11th. Following repair, she joined the escort of convoy WS.16 and proceeded to the Far East.

Minesweeper HUSSAR arrived at Scapa Flow at 1200 to work up prior to proceeding for service in North Russia.

Steamer LIEUTENANT ROBERT MORY (3176grt/总吨位) was damaged by German bombing five miles of Trevose Head.

German steamer WOLFRAM (3648grt/总吨位) was sunk by torpedo off Borkum.

Troopships ROYAL SCOTSMAN, ULSTER MONARCH, ROYAL ULSTER and the Polish BATORY departed Gibraltar with troops which had been embarked in troopship LLANGIBBY CASTLE. Destroyers WISHART, WHITEHALL, WIVERN, and VIDETTE escorted the ships. ROYAL SCOTSMAN returned to Gibraltar on the 11th with major defects.
