余告以限于人力财力，明年度不能希望有很多之预算，只能维持现状。
目前郑作新出三分之一时间，外有李世忠一人及新聘雨农之子为技正。
关于科学名词工作，已有天文与化学命名两种付印，预期明年有11种可以出版。
现惟工学名词以技术局要参加，遂致停顿，因技术局从未开始。
