【1】可能是指董彥平（1896-1976），字佩青，遼北洮南人。
1945年抗戰勝利後曾任軍事委員會委員長東北行營副參謀長，又兼任駐蘇軍事代表團團長，1947年當選第一屆國民大會代表，1948年2月任安東省政府委員兼主席，5月兼國民政府主席東北行轅政務委員會委員。
到臺灣後歷任國大代表、國民黨中央政策委員會副秘書長等職。
