Inter Asian Relat10n Conference 成立Asian Relat10n Organizat10n 亚洲关系组织，卅人成立Provis10nal General Council 临时总委员会，其中六人为苏联Soviet 代表。
各国成立一Nat10nal unit全国性组织。

上午阅胁w York Tímes， 见A.H.Raskin 所著Repo时on theCommunist Party一文，所述甚详，美国共产党不过七万人，且半数未注册，但其潜势力甚大，由于大同盟United Front 之故，其情形与中国如出一辙。
且美国之共产党亦惟Stalin 之马首是瞻，此如天（主）教徒之尊信教皇，但天主教徒比共产党徒高一着，因天主教徒说老实话，而共产党表面尚不承认也。
中午元任夫妇外出。
有历史语言研究所丁君夫妇来膳，吴文洗、秦元勋偕吴尊爵与冯焕章之老师王君来。
王，山东人，冯在王处习英文七年。
据云，西安事变时冯为副军事委员长，故望蒋先生不能出险，则渠可继任，其实不是如此简单也。
现则阵、辞修资望暂驾何敬之，在民廿四五年时，何敬之声望在冯、陈之上也。
