Franklin Ho 【何廉] came back from Nanking, Shanghai, and Hankow. Everywhere shortage of coal. Shanghai factories are being closed for lack of coal. Hankow has only coal for 10 days. On the other hand, Chingwantao 【秦皇島] and Lienyunkong 【連雲港] have plenty of coal.
