Minesweeping trawler TERVANI (409 tons, Act/Skipper F G Blockwell RNR) was sunk by Italian submarine ACCIAIO off Algeria. Skipper Blockwell, Ty/Skipper J H Noble RNR and twenty ratings were missing.
